A Jelqer’s Journal

With the volume of emails we get about penis enhancement, it’s becoming clear how uncertain people are over the techniques that achieve significant penis enlargement. Other than penis pills, one of the most popular methods is a technique known as jelqing. jelqing involves a daily repetition of exercising muscle tissues in the penis, namely the smooth muscle and surrounding tissue. The goal is to draw blood into the glans, allowing for permanent penis enlargement when the penis is erect.

Since jelqing is so widely misunderstood, I’ve decided to breakdown my personal jelqing routine for our readers, to better give them an idea of the process.

Jelqing: The Technique


First off, you need to learn the OK grip. The Ok grip involves touching the tip of the thumb to the tip of the forefinger, which should create a hand shape similar to the international sign for ‘OK’. v-stretch jelq
The grip should be applied to the base of the semi-erect penis with the palm facing down. After having applied ample lubrication (a critical step!), tighten the grip at the base of the penis in order to reduce blood flow. Slowly move the grip toward the glans (each stroke should take at least three seconds) and when you reach the end of the stroke, apply the same grip with the other hand at the base of the shaft. Repeating the steps at a slow and constant pace is the key to achieving penis enhancement without causing injury.

The extent to which you are erect during your routine plays a big roll in penis enlargement. You really need to be at least 40% erect to have any effect. On the other hand you should absolutely never jelq with a full-on erection. What works for me is to achieve an erection first and then allow it to subside to an appropriate level before I begin. It’s common for the level of your erection to fluctuate during a session, and so it’s importantto compensate the strength of your grip accordingly to maintain a consistent level of tension on the shaft.

Other Considerations


I supplement my jelqing routine with penis pills. If you’re considering doing the same it’s important to first run that by your doctor. If you have a heart condition or high blood pressure this is especially true.

You jelqing technique should reflect you specific penis enhancement goals. For example, right now I’m trying to increase length, and so I’m alternating strokes to the left and right – a popular technique for extending penis length. If you want to focus on girth you might consider simply changing the angle of the penis. Research shows that simply having the legs elevated above the penis can help improve girth in a short period of time.

Remember to take it slow – penis enhancement doesn’t happen overnight. Any steps you take towards penis enlargement, whether it is exercises or penis pills, must be approached with a ‘safety first’ mentality.
