With the volume of emails we get about penis enhancement, it’s becoming clear how uncertain people are over the techniques that achieve significant penis enlargement. Other than penis pills, one of the most popular methods is a technique known as jelqing. jelqing involves a daily repetition of exercising muscle tissues in the penis, namely the smooth muscle and surrounding tissue. The goal is to draw blood into the glans, allowing for permanent penis enlargement when the penis is erect.

Since jelqing is so widely misunderstood, I’ve decided to breakdown my personal jelqing routine for our readers, to better give them an idea of the process.

Jelqing: The Technique


First off, you need to learn the OK grip. The Ok grip involves touching the tip of the thumb to the tip of the forefinger, which should create a hand shape similar to the international sign for ‘OK’. v-stretch jelq
The grip should be applied to the base of the semi-erect penis with the palm facing down. After having applied ample lubrication (a critical step!), tighten the grip at the base of the penis in order to reduce blood flow. Slowly move the grip toward the glans (each stroke should take at least three seconds) and when you reach the end of the stroke, apply the same grip with the other hand at the base of the shaft. Repeating the steps at a slow and constant pace is the key to achieving penis enhancement without causing injury.

The extent to which you are erect during your routine plays a big roll in penis enlargement. You really need to be at least 40% erect to have any effect. On the other hand you should absolutely never jelq with a full-on erection. What works for me is to achieve an erection first and then allow it to subside to an appropriate level before I begin. It’s common for the level of your erection to fluctuate during a session, and so it’s importantto compensate the strength of your grip accordingly to maintain a consistent level of tension on the shaft.

Other Considerations


I supplement my jelqing routine with penis pills. If you’re considering doing the same it’s important to first run that by your doctor. If you have a heart condition or high blood pressure this is especially true.

You jelqing technique should reflect you specific penis enhancement goals. For example, right now I’m trying to increase length, and so I’m alternating strokes to the left and right – a popular technique for extending penis length. If you want to focus on girth you might consider simply changing the angle of the penis. Research shows that simply having the legs elevated above the penis can help improve girth in a short period of time.

Remember to take it slow – penis enhancement doesn’t happen overnight. Any steps you take towards penis enlargement, whether it is exercises or penis pills, must be approached with a ‘safety first’ mentality.

Little publicized by a popular media that is often more fascinated by vaginoplasty, considered to be the more successful, more functional surgeries that endow trans-women with female genitalia, phalloplasty can be a life-changing surgery for FTM transfolk.

There have been a few questions posted on the message-board asking about how well penis stretching works, and if it is advisable after surgery. We've taken a look, and would like to share what we've found.

Before we dive in, let's take a peek at some of the terms we are going to be using in this article. While we're discussing the direct effects of penis exercises on the results of bottom-surgery, a subject of interest to a specialized audience, we'd still like to make sure that no one is left behind.

Are There Penis Exercises I Might Have To Perform Before Surgery?


For transmen considering Metoidioplasty, a procedure that will give you a functional, yet typically quite small, penis. Before undergoing the procedure the labia will implanted with tissue expanders that will lengthen and draw out the tissue. This is in preparation for a later operation in which the surgical team will join the labia together to create a scrotal sac and place silicon testicles inside.


For How Long After Surgery Must Penis Enlargement Exercises Be Performed?


This is by no means intended to be an authoritative medical text, so please be sure that you refer first to the medical information handed to you by your practitioner. Specific instructions will be found there. That said, our research has turned up a few different opinions.

Of course the type of surgery you are considering will of course influence the manual penis stretching exercises you are expected to perform afterwards. In some cases, such as after a phalloplasty in which a pump has been installed in order to allow mechanical erections, they are strictly prohibited.

Some people advise a course of manipulations not unlike jelqing, where the organ is slowly 'milked' upwards, forcing blood down the length of the shaft and encouraging a stretch.

In the case of metoidioplasty patients, penis exercises may not have a great effect. The micro-penis that is created by this surgery depends more on the size of the clitoris, rather than the skill of the surgeon. Manipulation after the fact may encourage lengthening, but the results would be minimal.

Ultimately, for transmen considering surgery there are a range of other post-op procedures to keep track of that eclipse penis enlargement exercises in importance. Courses of antibiotics, rest, and proper health can go a long way towards making sure you wind up with a healthy set of male genitals.
